WOMEN'S PADS
iDiaper carries many brands of women's incontinence pads in a wide range of coverage for those who prefer a pad over a fully enclosed diaper or brief. The pads have been designed specifically for women. Women's incontinence pads or unisex incontinence pads have a barrier outer layer that prevents fluids from flowing through onto your underwear or clothing. Pads are not for additional absorption within a diaper or brief. They are designed to be used with your regular underwear with adhesive strips to hold them in place.
Light incontinence pads are excellent protection for those who only need something extra to absorb a slight leakage. Many have a light leakage when they sneeze, cough, or while exercising. These pads will absorb that leakage and keep you feeling dry and clean. The use of pads is an easy way to have protection with dignity. They are not bulky as some diapers or briefs can be.
Pads for moderate coverage hold more fluid for those who have more than a slight leakage. They come in a variety of sizes and forms. . Some pads are the traditional rectangular shape, while others are a contour shape with gathers at the legs. The pads are designed to hug the body, and wick fluids away from the skin for better skin health, along with being comfortable and less noticeable than a full diaper or brief. All of this and you can still use them within your regular underwear.
For those with heavy incontinence, there are pads available that can be used within normal underwear. These pads can be used during the day and even for overnight use. Many of these pads are contour shaped for optimum leakage protection. They fit closer to the body with leg gathers to prevent leakage. Some pads have a wetness indicator to let you know when it is time to change the pad. Booster pads are designed to be used with a diaper or brief. They do not have a barrier layer and allow additional fluids to flow through to the diaper or brief. They are not designed to be used with your normal underwear as they will allow the fluid to flow onto your underwear and clothing. They add extra protection for those who wear the diaper or brief and are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. Some are even stackable to allow for more absorption.

These guards or pads have absorption cores positioned for a man’s body form. They are discrete and offer protection where it is needed with the man’s body in mind.
When selecting a pad for your use, read the descriptions carefully. You do not want a booster pad to wear within your normal underwear.
