The Tranquility Premium OverNight Disposable Underwear is the top-selling product of all time by far for urinary incontinence. There's also the Tranquility Slimline Breathable Brief, a great product for fecal incontinence. Tranquility products also include booster pads, plus-sized adult diapers, underpads, and wipes. By far the best tranquility products, though, are their adult diapers. Tranquility diapers, if you can afford them, are worth the money since they are extremely absorbent under pressure, comfortable, fit well, and sturdy.

They are tested using the C.U.P. method, or Capacity Under Pressure. This means that their absorbency, which is listed on every product, is not only full absorbency, but it can take that much fluid under high pressure, like what sometimes happens with full incontinence. They are a little more expensive than what you would get at a department store but as far as controlling leakage goes there is almost no equal.
