So far so good on this item. It was for my 92 year old mother. I like it is not full underwear. Easier to remove without spillage because it can just drop down.

Not for active people

I was recommended these by the nurse at this site when I asked for something that wouldn’t be cumbersome between my legs while walking and would not be obvious under my work clothes (I teach). These were a disappointment on both accounts: the part between the legs is much too thick for anyone who, like me, is going to walk several miles in a work day, and the bulk of them means you can’t wear normal clothes without it being obvious that you’re also wearing a diaper. Did she just not pay attention? I don’t know... but for what I requested, these were a waste of money. I’m sure they’re great if you only walk from the living room to the toilet and back, but a n active professional needs something very different.

The person using these says they work very well. No spills - cleanup is possible - she has tried other types with bad results. I’m so glad I found these.
