Fit – The Abri-Flex Premium Overnight Protective Underwear stays in place with twice as many elastics as other products. This product provides maximum protection with maximum comfort. The anatomical shape creates a snug body fit, which provides leakage protection. There are also leg cuffs to aid in leakage control.
Odor Reduction – This Abri-Flex has an absorbent polymer core that provides odor protection by quickly wicking any moisture into the core and keeping it there. It does not allow the urine to sit in the air long enough to create odor.
Additional Products – Night time use seems to be heavier than daytime, so the addition of a booster pad may be needed. If you are experiencing leakage or extreme fullness, adding one of the pads will add to the capacity of the Abri-Flex. Some people add the cover-ups for added extra leakage protection.

- I'm not sure if I won't pull on style or a diaper with tabs, which is best?
The pull-on style is great. They are much like your normal underwear in feel and style. They are a great transitioning product from pads to fully encompassing diapers. However, just like your normal underwear, to change the product, you will need to undress from the waist down. The diapers with tabs allow you to slip the new product on between your legs and adjust to fit.
- I need both urinary and bowel incontinence coverage, will this product work?
The Abri-Flex Premium Overnight Protective Underwear is not for bowel incontinence. If you are looking for a pull-on style for bowel incontinence we suggest the Tena Discreet Protective Underwear.
- Why have I not seen this product in my local store?
Most of the higher capacity products are not available in local stores. They are more a “specialty” type product and most stores will not carry them due to supply and demand.
- I love the fit of this product, but I still have a little leakage at night, what can I do?
If you add a booster pad, you can add to the capacity of the product. The stackable type pads can add up to 16 fluid ounces to your already higher capacity product. Also, you can position them where they seem to be needed.
- It looks like I can save money by ordering by the case, but this is the first time I am using this product. Which is better – the package or case?
When trying an item for the first time, we suggest a package size. Yes, you can save money by purchasing by the case, but if the product is not what you need and want to do a return, you will have lost anything you might have gained.
