At iDiaper, we aim to make every order experience smooth and transparent. Below, you’ll find all the details about our domestic shipping process, delivery times, and return policy so you can shop with confidence.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
iDiaper.com makes every effort to supply you with your product in a timely fashion. Your orders with iDiaper.com will be processed within 1 business day, except for those paid by e-checks. E-checks will have a 3-4 day hold placed on them to ensure receipt of payment. Once payment is received, those orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the size and availability of your order and your location and can be between 2 and 10 days. If a product is back-ordered in more than two days or is expected to exceed 10 days, we will contact you for further instructions.

Business days are Monday through Friday except for US Federal Holidays. At this time we only ship to the continental United States with free shipping and with limited free shipping in Alaska and Hawaii (disposable products only for free shipping to AL and HI). We do not ship to PO Boxes. Our policies do account for special requests for shipping outside the continental United States that will be considered but will have an increased shipping fee and delivery times.

iDiaper.com carries a limited guarantee on purchases after given to our shipping companies. If a product arrives damaged, please notify customer service immediately for an exchange. If a purchase is lost by one of our shipping companies we will assist you in finding and possibly replacing your purchase. Once delivered, no guarantee is carried on a purchase not requiring a signature.


RETURNS
  • Returned products must be in new/resalable condition.
  • Return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs and any paid shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping then the actual shipping costs on the order will not be refunded.
  • Please do not return products without authorization.
  • Returns must be shipped back for a return within 7 days of authorization.
  • Please save all shipping boxes and packaging material for return.
  • Incontinence products and sterile merchandise cannot be returned once opened.
  • Swim diapers and reusable briefs are non-returnable.
  • Partial cases cannot be returned unless defective.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Can I return opened items?

Unfortunately, opened incontinence products and sterile merchandise cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Likewise, swim diapers and reusable briefs are non-returnable. All other returns must be in new, resalable condition and requested within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer express delivery?

iDiaper.com does not currently list a separate express delivery option. However, we process most orders within 1 business day to ensure fast delivery. Shipping typically takes 2–10 days, depending on product availability and your location. For urgent requests or special shipping arrangements outside the continental U.S., please contact our customer service team — additional fees and delivery times may apply.
