My mother said the quality is very poor. The description said "Heavy Absorbency", but it doesn't absorb much. When i looked at the design it appears large in the picture, I ordered 2x because I wanted something that fit well and that was comfortable for my mom. However, she said the back isn't large. It covers just a little area.

I wish that these underwear were made in 3XL because I'm too obese to wear them. They're too tight and I leak down my leg. Nonetheless, they can be comfortable and very absorbent when sitting.

Review

These underwear are the only ones large enough for my husband. I would love to see the padding a little thicker and more absorbent. Sometimes they're not absorbent enough.
