SHIPPING
Your orders with iDiaper.com will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and your location and can be between 3 and 10 days. Business days are Monday through Friday except US federal Holidays. At this time we only ship to the continental United States and we do not ship to PO Boxes.

RETURNS
We are extremely proud of the quality of our products and desire to have 100% satisfied customers. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service within 14 days to notify us of your dissatisfaction. We will then contact you to authorize a product return/exchange or issue a full refund. *Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Please save all shipping boxes and packaging. Follow these simple steps. Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number, what product you are returning, and your full name. After you have obtained a return authorization, carefully repackage the product(s) in the original shipping box and ship it by your preferred shipping method to the address provided. After the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund (minus the original shipping charges) will be issued immediately.
*Due the personal nature of adult incontinence products we cannot accept any returns on opened products.
