DOMESTIC SHIPPING
iDiaper.com makes every effort to supply you with your product in a timely fashion. Your orders with iDiaper.com will be processed within 1 business day, with the exception of those paid by e-checks. E-checks will have a 3-4 day hold placed on them to ensure receipt of payment. Once payment is received, those orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the size and availability of your order and your location, and can be between 2 and 10 days. If a product is backordered more than two days or is expected to exceed 10 days, we will contact you for further instructions.

Business days are Monday through Friday except US Federal Holidays. At this time we only ship to the continental United States and we do not ship to PO Boxes. Special requests for shipping outside of the continental United States will be considered but will have an increased shipping fee and delivery times.

iDiaper.com carries a limited guarantee on purchases after given to our shipping companies. If a product arrives damaged, please notify customer service immediately for an exchange. If a purchase is lost by one of our shipping companies we will assist you in finding and possibly replacing your purchase. Once delivered, no guarantee is carried on a purchase not requiring a signature.


RETURNS
We are extremely proud of the quality of our products and desire to have 100% satisfied customers. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your dissatisfaction. After your request has been submitted, the returns deptarment will contact you to authorize a product return/exchange or issue a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges*.  Return authorizations can take up to 3 weeks. Items must be shipped for return within 10 days of authorization. Please do not return products to the main office or to the warehouse without authorization.

Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs, and any paid shipping charges will not be refunded. If shipping was free or the return reduces the order to less than the free shipping amount ($50), then actual shipping on the original order will be deducted from the return. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Please save all shipping boxes and packaging material. Products must be in new, unopened, resalable condition. Incontinence products, including baby diapers, and sterile merchandise cannot be returned once opened (opened cases with internal wrapped packages are considered opened). Partial cases and embroidered items cannot be returned unless defective.

Follow these simple steps. Contact customer service to obtain a return authorization, either by phone or email. Please include your order number, what product(s) you are returning, the billing name, your full name and contact information. After you have obtained a return order, carefully repackage the product(s) in the original shipping box and ship it by the indicated shipping method to the address provided. A multiple product return may require shipment to multiple warehouses. After the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, a full refund (minus the stated shipping charges and 15% restocking fee) will be issued. The return and inspection can take up to 30 days to complete, but once approved, the refund will be issued immediately.

*Due the personal nature of adult incontinence and baby diaper products, we cannot accept any returns on opened products (opened cases with internal wrapped packages are considered opened) or partial cases. Sterile merchandise cannot be returned once opened. Embroidered items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or the embroidery is not as ordered. Unless stated in the description, all other products are returnable, and we make every effort to accept back merchandise.
